• · No mark ups on maintenance and repairs, no overcharges, no supervision fees, we pass on to our Owners the actual cost of maintenance and repairs. The supervision of all the work is included in our management fees.  Owners can elect to use our vetted vendors or we can use owner's vendors or any vendor Owner prefers to use. We can supervise these vendors as we do the vendors in our network. We have a total open book policy.

• · State of the art technology, electronic payments,  owner and tenant portals, digital record keeping, streamlined communication and rent collection platform

• · Unique tenant screening system. We have developed a system that goes beyond the usual tenant screening. Therefore our eviction rate has been very low, something unheard of in our industry

• · Our attorney prepared comprehensive lease agreement and addend.

• · We market all properties through the Multiple Listing Service and syndicate to more than 25 real estate websites, we share leasing commissions with all Realtors providing full exposure to the rental listing
